Just been to Craven to see our wedding rings and they are perfect! Not only have the staff been polite and helpful throughout but they're also been accommodating in doing a custom engraving on both my partners and my wedding rings. Thank you much to you all for making it such a pleasurable, stress free experience!
After seeing Craven at a number of wedding fayres and meeting the very helpful and professional staff we decided to purchase our wedding rings from them! Without looking at or considering another jewellers we popped in on spec due to my other half working shifts it's very difficult to book an appointment. Even though we have a very small budget we weren't made to feel any less of a valued customer and were treated the same as if we were purchasing rings 10 times our budget and made to feel very welcome. Can't wait to see the finished results!! Thank you!
Picked up our custom made wedding rings today and could not be happier! We loved the whole experience of discussing options in the showroom! Fantastic prices and amazing service! So happy with them, thank you! Can't wait until November until we get to wear them!
