Jewellery By Design was formed by Stephen Shelbourne & Robert Evans in 1978. The pair worked hard to become masters in their field & gained respect for their business through repairing well loved jewellery & most notably creating stunning one off bespoke jewellery. With over 35 years experience in making, repairing & selling jewellery in Chester & Birkenhead, Jewellery By Design has formally made its mark in the jewellery world.
