About the Business
I established Indigo Silver in 2006 to create gorgeous silver jewellery for women of all ages and children too. Based in Fleet, Hampshire UK, I sell exclusively online serving the local community, the UK and other countries all over the world - we have many customers in Australia and the USA! I mostly work with sterling silver but also use even purer silvers from Thailand and occasionally Bali. To add colour, I introduced Murano Glass and Lampwork Glass to create some wonderfully vibrant and unique pieces of jewellery, along with Freshwater Pearls.
Because we are a small business, we can offer you unique silver jewellery that's affordably priced and not usually seen anywhere else online or in the shops - and a personal service that's fast, secure, and tailorable to your own special needs. I have a bracelet from Indigo Silver which I love. When I accidentally broke it, I collected all the bits and pieces that I could and asked if it could be repaired, as I really missed wearing it. The service from Hayley was amazing! I sent her the broken bracelet and she put it back together for me, replacing some of the silver beads that had been lost, polishing it and wrapping it up nicely before sending it back to me, all within a day of receiving it, and without even charging me for the work or postage. It is beautiful jewellery and excellent service, thank you Hayley!
Beautiful bracelet and great price and excellent service arrived in one day - I even spelt the name wrong on the gift tag and the lady called me to check that it wasn't correct and corrected it for me - brilliant.
