Absolutely brilliant customer service, returned a Pandora pendant charm which had cracked when I cleaned the necklace in warm water, as suggested by the Pandora website, I had no receipt or proof of purchase as it was a gift and I had it for at least 2 years, but no quibbles they just exchanged it for the exact same charm, thank you so very much Image Jewellery, I shall be returning very soon, I'm fancying the Essence collection next, I'm only sorry I didn't get the assistants name so I could thank her! One very happy customer.
The lady that served me was fantastic.. My Pandora bracelet had broken and with out any fuss gave me a brand new one. Thank you very much.
